Before you request a quote
Is there a charge for the quote?
No. Once you contact us, we arrange a site visit and send you a detailed written proposal, with no obligation.
How long does a renovation take?
It depends on the size and scope. A bathroom can be finished in a few weeks; a whole flat typically takes a few months. The timescale is set out in the proposal and reviewed with you throughout the works.
Which areas do you cover?
We are based in Baixa da Banheira and work across Lisbon's south bank and Greater Lisbon, with projects in Barreiro, Lisbon, Sintra, Cascais and Estoril. For other areas, just get in touch.
Do you handle planning permission?
We help you find out whether the works need a building licence or prior notification to the local council (câmara municipal), and we follow up on the required paperwork, working with the architect or designer when plans are needed.
Can I keep living at home during the works?
For partial works, often yes — we organise the work by area and protect the rest of the house. For full renovations, it is usually not advisable. We'll assess this with you during the visit.
